Recipe Ingredients for Stir Fried Brown White

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1/2 cup slices Carrots
3 oz Firm Tofu
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Safflower Oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 serving Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

Recipe Directions for Stir Fried Brown White

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes, stir fry on high heat, remove from the pan

  2. Saute the rice and carrots in the oil

  3. Add the egg and cook through

  4. add the soy sauce and the teriyaki sauce
