Recipe Ingredients for Stir-fried Broccoli and Carrots with Tofu

1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon All Fruit Fruit Spread
15 g (1 tablespoon) gluten-free Teriyaki
15 g (1 TBL)dry sherry
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 bunch broccoli
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
6 baby carrots
1 large tomato
8 ounces firm tofu, cubed
1/2 cup cashews

Recipe Directions for Stir-fried Broccoli and Carrots with Tofu

Whisk together the first 5 ingredients, save. Heat oil and cook the Broc., carrots and spices. Add tofu and tomato and cook 2 minutes. Add whisked mixture and cook until thickened. Sprinkle nuts on top.
