30 g garlic
30 g shallot
40 g onion
10 g ginger, chopped fine
10 g chili
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp pepper
