You can subsitute dried dill or basil for the thyme whenever you like.

Recipe Ingredients for Stir-Fried Asparagus & Mushrooms

1/3 cup water
1 tomato, sun dried (not oil packed) finely snipped
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon bouillon, chicken
1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried and crushed
2 cups asparagus, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 1/2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Stir-Fried Asparagus & Mushrooms

  1. In a small bowl stir together the water, tomato, cornstarch, chicken bouillon and thyme.Set aside.

  2. Coat an unheated large skillet with non-stick spray. Heat over medium heat. Str-fry asparagus in hot skillet for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms; stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes more.

  3. Stir the cornstarch mixture; add to vegatables in skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cood and stir for 2 more minutes.
