Recipe Ingredients for Sticky Ribs

2.36 lbs boneless pork ribs, excess fat trimmed
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 c grapefruit juice
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Sticky Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Add ribs and 2 tbsp vinegar to large pot of hot water. Bring to a boil and cook over med-high heat for 15-20 minutes, skimming surface for fat occasionally.

  3. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat. Reduce slightly, 4-5 minutes.

  4. Drain ribs and place in single layer on roasting pan. Drizzle with sauce and turn to coat. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  5. Remove foil, turn ribs, and return to oven for 15-20 minutes, basting and turning occasionally, until ribs are sticky.
