150 grams Red Bean
100 grams 100% Natural Steel Cut Oats (dry)
50 grams Sugars, Brown
80 grams lotus root flour
0.8 cup Soy Milk, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Sticky Oatmeal Cake (Red Bean)

Cook red beans and brown sugar in 800 mL of water for at least 2 hours, or until soft. In a food processor, blend the steel cut oats, soy milk and lotus root powder. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the cooked red beans. Steam for approxiamtely 30 - 45 minutes.
