Stole this from a place called Laughing Bhudda near me in Sudbury, Ontario. Sub cranberries for raisins and pecans for any other kind of nut that is fairly flat. Add honey if you want.

Recipe Ingredients for Sticky Mouth sandwhich

2 slice Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
2 tbsp Peanut Butter, Smooth Style
0.12 cup Dried Cranberries
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 oz (20 halves) Pecans

Recipe Directions for Sticky Mouth sandwhich

Spread peanut butter on one side of each piece of bread. Dice banana. Put banana, dried cranberry and pecans on peanut butter sides of bread.
