Sticky Chinese Chicken Recipe

Lightly breaded chicken cubes browned to perfection!

Recipe Ingredients for Sticky Chinese Chicken

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup Bread Crumbs Roasted Garlic
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sticky Chinese Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken and olive oil in a large mixing bowl. Mix throughly.

  2. Cut chicken breast in to half in cubes. Add to the bread crumb mixture and toss to coat. Cover this let it rest at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.

  3. Add the oil to a sauce pan over medium heat and saute the chicken until its golden brown. I get better results if I split my oil and work in smaller batches when frying
