I just used whatever I had left in my fridge. The possibilities are ENDLESS! I love to make stewps with local seasonal veggies from the farmer?s market. Other great additions could have been zucchini, yellow squash, turnips, corn, parsnips, or any other veggies you love; the combination is really up to you!

Recipe Ingredients for Stewp

16 oz Carrots
10 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.5 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower
2 medium Sweetpotato
8 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 large Onions
1 stalk Broccoli
2 Medium Tomatoes
3 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 oz Polenta

Recipe Directions for Stewp

  1. Chop all your veggies

  2. Put them in a big pot

  3. Add the salt and two cups of water

  4. Cook on medium-high heat for 45 minutes or until veggies are soft
