Recipe Ingredients for stewed zucchini

3 small zucchini
1 large green pepper
1 medium onion
14 ounce sliced tomatoes
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for stewed zucchini

  1. chop all vegetables

  2. sautee onion and green pepper in butter with the spices

  3. slice or chop the zuchinni into whatever size you prefer

  4. after other vegetables are slightly cooked add zucchini and cover

  5. cook on low flame til tender 5 - 10 minutes
