These pork chops are great for a cold night.

Recipe Ingredients for Stewed Tomato Pork Chops

4 pork chops
1/2 cup vinegar
14 1/2 ounce stewed tomatoes
1 tsp allspice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Stewed Tomato Pork Chops

  1. Bread the pork chops with flour. Cook in a skillet on medium heat until browned.

  2. While pork chops are cooking, heat the rest of the ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Cook for about 3 minutes.

  3. Grease a covered baking dish. Place cooked pork chops in the dish. Pour stewed tomato mixture over the pork chops.

  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
