Recipe Ingredients for Stewed Tilapia and Peppers

2.5 serving Tilapia fillets Walmart
1 oz Sofrito Criollo
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 onion Spanish Onion
0.25 cup Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon Sazon-It! Seasoning
1 g Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
1 serving White Vinegar

Recipe Directions for Stewed Tilapia and Peppers

  1. Heat peppers, onions, garlic, sofrito on medium until slightly soft in a large frying pan.

  2. Season tilapia on both sides with adobo

  3. Add tilapia, tomato sauce, vinegar, and sazon to pan.

  4. Lower heat to medium-low until tilapia is cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.

  5. Serve over brown rice
