Recipe Ingredients for Stewed Pork

10 oz pork
4 oz carrot
2 oz onion
1 oz tomato
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Pork Seasoning Savory Herb
1 tbs thyme
1/4 cup scallion
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbs vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Stewed Pork

  1. Chop pork into 2 inch pieces

  2. Brown pork in oil.

  3. Add seasoning and carrots. Simmer for 45 minutes on low flame.
