Recipe Ingredients for Stewed plums and blueberries (1/3c)

8 fruit+2-1/8"+dia plums
1 navel oranges
1/2 pint blueberries
1 tbsp vanilla extract
30 ml white sugar

Recipe Directions for Stewed plums and blueberries (1/3c)

  1. Place deep dish frying pan on top of stove, heat. Zest 1 navel orange into pan and squeeze juice from the orange also into pan.

  2. Add vanilla extract and sugar. Swirl to mix well.

  3. Wash and cut plums in half removing pit. Add all 12 to pan. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15minutes.

  4. Remove lid and add blueberries for another 5 min. Remove from heat, stir and pour into storage dish, let cool.

  5. Enjoy.
