Lentils with sundried tomatoes (made from raw lentils)

Recipe Ingredients for Stewed lentils

1 cup lentils
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbs olive oil
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
3 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Stewed lentils

  1. Saute onions in oil

  2. Add carrots, sundried tomatoes until soft

  3. Saute lentils

  4. Add chicken broth and simmer until lentils are soft (40 minutes or so)
