another off the top of my head recipe - cold day wanted something soupy/stewy, tomatoey and smoky. This recipe has 3 high nutrient dense foods.

Recipe Ingredients for Stewed Greens and Black Beans with Tomatoes

4 1tsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
4 cup Frozen Collard Greens
14 oz Black Beans, Organic
28 oz Unico Whole Tomatoes - No Salt Added

Recipe Directions for Stewed Greens and Black Beans with Tomatoes

  1. saute onions garlic & collards in oil till onions translucent & collards soft

  2. add tomatoes, smashing them in your hand before adding to pan, add juice as well

  3. add beans and spices and simmer 15-30 minutes to meld flavors
