1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
2 pounds green beans
2 cups tomato juice
1 salt
1 pepper

  1. saute onions and garlic in olive oil until soft about 7 minuets

  2. add green beans and tomato juice

  3. salt and pepper to taste

  4. cook stirring every 5 minuets for about 30 minuets or until tender
