Recipe Ingredients for stewed cabbage and tomato

1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage
3 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Margarine Non Hydrogenated Low in Saturated Fat
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for stewed cabbage and tomato

cut cabbage into chunks. cut tomatoes into small pieces. cut up celery and onion. put garlic through press. put butter in skillet. add celery, onions and garlic. cook until tender. add tomatoes and cabbage. you can also add a little water or broth. cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
