Recipe Ingredients for stewed back ribs

500 grams Pork Loin Back Ribs
300 grams Onions
1 cup Tomato Products
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Wine, Table, White
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin
8 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
3 cloves Garlic

Recipe Directions for stewed back ribs

  1. boil potatoes, add salt to taste

  2. in a hot pan, over medium-high heat, heat olive oil

  3. add onions and cook till slightly tranparrent

  4. add garlic

  5. add ribs cut into small sections and cook until beginning to brown

  6. add white wine, cook for 2 minutes

  7. add salt and cumin

  8. add tomato sauce

  9. turn heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for apoximately 1 hour or until tender, mixing occasionally

  10. serve over boiled potatoes with a side of vegetables (asparagus works well)
