3 large Egg, Whole
1 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Regular
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stewart's Hell Hole Omelet

  1. Dice ham, onion, and jalapeno peppers

  2. Break three eggs into mixing bowl and stir in ingredients

  3. Heat skillet or griddle, apply cooking spray or oil, and pour out omelet mix.

  4. Cook until slightly firm, then put cheese on half of omelet.

  5. Fold omelet, cook for one minute and flip.

  6. Serve with home fries and toast.
