a lamb stew to be made on a weekend and able to be eaten throughout the week. Good for cold weather

Recipe Ingredients for Stew (Potassium + Fibre High)

2 cup, diced Celery
1 medium raw Leeks
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
500 grams Lamb, Loin
5 medium Carrots
2 medium Onions
1 cup, cubes Turnips
1/2 cup slices Parsnips
1 serving rutabaga swede (boiled)
1/4 head Cabbage
2 cup, mashed Pumpkin

Recipe Directions for Stew (Potassium + Fibre High)

  1. peel & chop vegetables into bit size pieces.

  2. Cut carrots into discs.

  3. slow cook.

  4. add water to vegetable line

  5. Add meat when you can scent cooking vegetables.

  6. Pore into six containers and freeze
