Recipe Ingredients for Stew Meat and Taters

1 lb. stew meat
1 lb. onions
3 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Stew Meat and Taters

  1. boil meat for 2 hours - seasoning with salt and pepper as you go (to taste - measurements above may not be accurate)

  2. add onions and boil another 1/2 hour

  3. add peeled red potatoes and boil another 1/2 hour

  4. allow stew to cool and serve
