Recipe Ingredients for Stew and gravy

0.5 serving Beef Stew
1 Serving Gravy
1/2 cup slices Carrots
0.5 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Self-rising, Enriched

Recipe Directions for Stew and gravy

Brown meat with a little flour once browned add water and gravy mix let cook for 45 min. to 1 hour on low or until tender...20 mins before its done add potatoes and canned carrots.....cook until potatoes are tender...salt and pepper to taste....serve over rice or just use the potatoes in the stew...
