1 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 cups Idaho potatoes, diced
3/4 cup okra, sliced
1/8 cup whole kernel corn
2 cups beef stock
1/2 cup yellow onion, diced
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Stew - Beef

Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for six to eight hours.
