Recipe Ingredients for Stevia Blueberry Muffins

2 cup, unthawed Blueberries
0.75 cup Oat Flour
0.8 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
8 packet Stevia
2 large Egg, White
6 oz Plain Nonfat
4 oz Applesauce Natural Style
1 serving MRM whey protein
1 tablespoons Flax Meal

Recipe Directions for Stevia Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Combine the wet into the dry, then gently stir in the blueberries (drained, if necessary). Divide into muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes.
