Wonderful sugar free bread. Feel free to even substitute the butter for a lower calorie low fat margarine and egg for eggland best. Anything to make it healthier. ;)

Recipe Ingredients for Stevia Banana Bread Sugar free

4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.33 cup Butter
24 grams In the Raw Zero Calorie Sweetener
1 medium Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 dash Salt, Table
1.5 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Stevia Banana Bread Sugar free

  1. Mix together bananas, stevia, butter melted, egg and vanilla in medium mixing bowl.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  3. Then add Baking soda, salt and flour. Mix well. Then add to a loaf pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Put pan in oven and cook for one hour. Cool on rack then slice up and serve. :)
