Recipe Directions for Steve's Quick Quiche Breakfast

Chop onions, portabella mushrooms and fresh spinach. Pour 2 cups egg beaters egg whites into quiche or pie pan. Add 1/2 cup fat free cheese, add fresh ingredients. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
