Recipe Ingredients for Steve's Quick Quiche Breakfast

0.5 cup Fat Free Cheese
2 cup Egg Beaters
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cup Spinach
0.5 serving Pepper Sauce

Recipe Directions for Steve's Quick Quiche Breakfast

  1. - Microwave the spinach until it is thawed.

  2. - Fry onion in pan until browned.

  3. - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and season with pepper if desired.

  4. - Bake in muffin tin at 375 for 20 minutes.

  5. 1 serving equals 2 in. muffin tin.
