Recipe Ingredients for Steve's Hummus

29 oz garbanzo beans
6 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Steve's Hummus

  1. Drain beans, reserve the liquid

  2. Put beans in a food processor or blender

  3. Pour in 1/3 of the reserved liquid and add remainder of ingredients

  4. Process until smooth, add more of reserved liquid as needed for a smooth consistency

  5. transfer to serving bowl

  6. garnish with olive oil
