Fried rice made with 2 cups rice, 1/2 block firm tofu and 2 scrambled eggs along with vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Steve's Fried Brown Rice

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 large Egg, Whole
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1/2 block Tofu
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 serving Regular Soy Sauce
1 cup Sweet Peas
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Steve's Fried Brown Rice

Fry tofu for a couple of minutes. Then to one side fry the eggs (2). Add celery (3 stalks) and cook for a few minutes. Add green onions (6 or 8 onions) and cook briefly. Finally add frozen peas (1 cup) and par-boiled cauliflower (1 cup). Season with soy sauce. Then cover to allow peas to cook.
