Recipe Ingredients for Steven Raichlen's Mustard Lemon Sauce (Yassa)

48 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
0.5 cup Oil, Peanut
0.25 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
12 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Steven Raichlen's Mustard Lemon Sauce (Yassa)

Finely chop onion and mix all other ingredients together. You can add a bay leaf and a habanero chile to flavor while cooking. Bring to a boil over medium heat then reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 15 minutes until onions are soft and oil has started to separate from mixture.
