Recipe Ingredients for Steph's Scrumptious Salad

2 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
4 medium strawberries Strawberries
1 box Raisins
0.5 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
0.5 oz (22 whole kernels) Almonds, Dry Roasted
2 tbsp Poppyseed Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Steph's Scrumptious Salad

  1. This is a one-person recipe. Increase portions as appropriate.

  2. Simply chop up the lettuce, slice the strawberries and mix all the ingredients together. Best not to use a salad spinner as the raisins, almonds and strawberries will sink to the bottom of the dish. Salad servers are best.

  3. When ready to eat, pour the poppyseed dressing over the salad, mix a little further and serve.

  4. *You could replace the Poppyseed dressing with a Fat-free Raspberry Vinegarette which brings out a more sweet taste to the strawberries.
