Healthy oatmeal gets a boost with flax seeds

Recipe Ingredients for Steph's Oatmeal

40 grams steel cut oatmeal - classic oatmeal
3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
13 grams flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 ounce 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Steph's Oatmeal

On stove, bring 1 cup of water to boil, add oatmeal and cook for 5 minutes. while oatmeal cooks, measure out flax seed meal and brown sugar into serving bowl. Add oatmeal, sprinkle with cinnamon, stir and add splash of milk. Enjoy!
