Recipe Ingredients for Stephs mexican cabbage

16 oz ground bison
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 cup diced onion
1 large Bell Pepper

Recipe Directions for Stephs mexican cabbage

  1. Brown bison in pan

  2. add seasoning

  3. add onions

  4. add cabbage

  5. add Rotel

  6. either cook it completely over low heat until cabbage/onions are soft or cook in slow cooker (crock pot)
