Recipe Ingredients for Steph's Chili

1 yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
32 oz canned tomatoes
16 oz black eyed peas
16 oz red kidney beans
16 oz black beans
4 carrots
1 green pepper
1 poblano pepper
4 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Steph's Chili

Sautee onion, garlic and carrots. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer till cooked. Spice according to taste.
