Easy and canned goodness for a quick, fairly healthy and definately hearty soup. Can add corn chips, salsa, cheese, sour cream...whatever you want for toppings

Recipe Ingredients for Steph's Chicken Tortilla Soup

2 ounces chicken broth
4 ounces green pepper
4 ounces mushrooms
1/2 onion
9 ounces corn
22 ounces tomato
3/5 cup pinto beans
7 ounces canned chicken
1 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Steph's Chicken Tortilla Soup

  1. Open all the cans and pour into a pot.

  2. These are actully all 14 ounces cans except for the mushrooms and green chiles and I think it was a 12 ounces can of chicken, but this program doesn't match with the calories on the cans. I fixed it so it does.
