I use for dinner or quick meal before workout. Huge energy boost and protein to pull you through. Can use many variations, go with lower fat and lower sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Stephen's Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup 1% milk
6 oz chilled non-fat plain yogurt
1/8 cup frozen blueberries
1/8 cup frozen strawberries
1/8 cup frozen peaches
1 chilled banana
1 nectarine
1 orange
1/8 cup no-salt plain almonds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Stephen's Fruit Smoothie

Mix all ingredients in a blender on puree for 2 minutes. Devour!
