3 1tsp Olive Oil
5 medium raw Plum Tomato
16 oz Cut Green Beans
1 medium raw Onion Red
3 Teaspoon Juice
2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
5 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Stephanie's Green Bean "Casserole"

Steam green beans until tender crisp. Dice the tomatoes (after squeezing out the seeds and juice)|. Thinly slice the onion. Finely mince or crush the garlic. Mix all ingredients together including salt and pepper to taste. Can be served warm, room temp. or cold.
