Recipe Ingredients for Stephanie's Goulash

1 chopped green pepper
2 chopped onions
4 chopped carrots
4 chopped garlic cloves
3 pounds beef stew meat
12 ounces tomato paste
4 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
16 ounces Greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Stephanie's Goulash

  1. Assemble all ingredients, except the Greek yogurt in two freezer bags and freeze.

  2. When ready to cook, put in crock pot. High for four hours or low for eight hours.

  3. Put Greek yogurt in 10 minutes before serving.

  4. Serve over egg noodles (not included in calorie count)
