Recipe Ingredients for Stephanie's Chicken Salad

3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups grapes
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup miracle whip
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cream, fluid, half and half
5 grams splenda
1/8 tsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Stephanie's Chicken Salad

Wrap chicken in foil (salt and pepper to taste). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool. While chicken is cooling, chop grapes, pecans, celery and onion. Chop chicken and toss together. Make dressing and add to chicken mixture. Chill overnight.
