3 egg whites
1 cup splenda no calorie sweetener
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup oats
3 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/16 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Stef's healthier pumpkin chocolate cookies

Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry. Add dry to wet, mix. Make 20 balls of cookies, place 2 Ghirardelli 60% bittersweet chocolate chips on each cookie (40 chips total) and bake at 350 for approximately 13- 17 minutes, or until done. Cool completely.
