1 large (3-1/4 Apples
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
355 1/2 grams Water
1 cup Steel Cut Oats Hot Cereal
3 packet Stevia
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Steel Cut Oats with Apples and Cinnamon

Spray sslow cooker with cooking spray. Add all ingredients. Stir, cook on low for 7 hours. To reheat put in a microwave bowl. Add 1/3 cup milk. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, than for another minute.
