1/4 cup cooked steel cut oats
1 tablespoon dried blueberries
1 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds
1 1/2 tablespoons half and half

Recipe Directions for Steel cut oatmeal deluxe

  1. Bring 4 cups water to boil. Gentely stir in 1 cup steel cut oats.

  2. Add pinch of salt. Boil gentley for 5 minutes. Turn down heat and cook slowly for 25 minutes.

  3. Keeps in fridge for at least a week and reheats in microwave very well.
