Plain old "sweet" steel cut oatmeal before adding fruit or yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for Steel cut w/o the add-ins

240 g steel cut oatmeal
4 cups water
220 g Almond Breeze Unsweetened
222 g Egg beaters Egg Whites
30 g honey
2 g cinnamon
1 g cinnamon
70 g blueberries unsweetened
50 g raspberries unsweetened

Recipe Directions for Steel cut w/o the add-ins

  1. oats in a pot

  2. add boiling water

  3. measure almond breeze and egg whites into measuring cup (together)

  4. add honey

  5. add cinnamon, wisk together

  6. add to boiling oat/water STIRRING THE WHOLE TIME

  7. cook for 30+ mins or until desired texture

  8. Premeasured add-ins. Six servings of 200g before the fruit and extra cinnamon - calories remain the same
