Steamer bag veggies and micro rice

Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Veggies and Rice

1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 cup onion
1 cup low sodium chicken stock
1 cup zuchinni
1 cup pepper
1 cup asparagus
1 cup carrot
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Steamed Veggies and Rice

  1. cut all veggies and place in steamer bag

  2. add garlic and soy sauce to steamer bag

  3. micro steam for 5 minutes

  4. cook rice according to micro directions using chicken stock
