10 spear (about 5" long) Broccoli, Cooked
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Steamed Veggie Mix - 1

  1. Heat wok and add 2 - 3 TBSP of chicken broth.
