Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Vegetables

1/2 Red Pepper (large)
1/2 Yellow pepper (large)
2 Potatoes (medium)
1 Red Onion (medium)
1 1/2 cups Broccoli
1 leek (medium)
5 courgettes (medium)

Recipe Directions for Steamed Vegetables

  1. Dice all vegetables into chunks.

  2. Steam or boil them in one pot/steamer for 30 min

  3. Voila, add sauce if you need to.
