Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Vegetable Salad

6.349 oz Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
6 oz Broccoli
1 Medium Tomatoes
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 serving 100% Lemon Juice
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Steamed Vegetable Salad

Steam broccoli and summer squash for 7 to 10 min. or until fork tender. Set aside and allow to partially cool. Dice tomatoes and avocado. Add to broccoli and squash. Stir gently. Sprinkle lightly with lemon juice and salt. Serves 3.
