Recipe Ingredients for Steamed shrimp and vegetables

1 cup corn
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1 cup eggplant
1/4 cup carrots
2 tablespoons teryaki sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
10 shrimp
1/2 cup yellow squash
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Steamed shrimp and vegetables

  1. Heat oil, saute cut up vegetables in oil

  2. Cover and steam until vegetables are soft

  3. Add shrimp and teryaki sauce and rice wine vinegar, cover and steam for 5 minutes more
