Recipe Ingredients for Steamed Rice

1 1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1 1/2 cup rice
1 tablespoon snipped parsley

Recipe Directions for Steamed Rice

In a microwave safe casserole dish combine water, bouillon granules and dried onion. Stir in uncooked rice. Cook on high power for 4 to 7 minutes or until boiling. Let rice stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir before serving. If desired sprinkle with the snipped parsley.
